Since we are adding to the forums, how about one that focuses on the graphics end of things? Thereby keeping the Beginners forum more about the engine itself.
It could have a couple of stickies like "Free Modeling programs" and "exporter how-to" as well as just general graphics and animation stuff that routinely comes up in the beginner's forum.
How about a graphics forum?

I can just imagine all the ads for 3d packs people are selling. Most of the graphics posted on this forum are just advertisements. Actually, I don't think I've seen any graphics for several months, which weren't ads.

I don't mean a forum for posting images.
I mean a forum for graphics related disucssion -
gee, how do i export an x.file
i'm having a problem with animation showing up
how do i lightmap in <whatever application>
Its a whole other arena, and I thought it might have value to seperate it from the Beginner's Forum, which is described as

When you get into content creation and export, its really a different animal than Irrlicht itself, although it could also be a good place for discussing import and usge with Irrlicht. If you are a new Irrlicht Engine user, and have a newbie-question, this is the forum for you. You may also post general programming questions here.

Yeah I like the idea of a graphics forum. I think there's quite an easy division to be made between model formats, exporting, images and alpha values, animation, lightmapping etc on one hand and actual programming on the other. A sort of 'What To Do To Your 3D Model Before You Import It Into Irrlicht' thread?
well the comparison would not be api, etc...as a game, tehse days, has code and graphics...at least. So, being code a whole category, and already being quitea bunch of sections in this forum about coding matters, he's not asking of being a forum for 3d modelling, other for 3d texturing, other for 2d UI building, other for uv maps...that'd compare to several coding categories....He's asking for a simple art related problems forum single section, as I understood it, and yup, I think is needed since long. I am the living proof of it, I have answered *tons* of art related issues here to ignore the fact a new section for it would be more than just good...I often have to guess for the tittle if "md2 problems" is refered to a problem on how he/she exported the file from an art package, or I'm gonna find a routine of code to be fixed, in which case, I have lost that time checking that thread. And probably helped one or to guys less, then.
Not that I am demanding it. I'm nobody for it, as none, indeed, as this is allways a free project and a total gift with a quite generous license and give away hard effort. But to mention that if someone is eager to do a new art section in the forums, is quite welcome.(and if I can make an sticky of art tools and methods which wont be edited or "organized", I'd do one for what i see been asked over and over. )
