3dLines Visibility Problem Solved

Post by DarkScythe »

i used to have a problem that i couldn't see the 3dlines exactly, what im trying to say, they were not visible from everywhere or their locations were changed and i found out that when i write the code below before calling "draw3dline" everything is ok, anyone knows the reason?

Code: Select all

matrix4 mat;
driver->setTransform(video::ETS_WORLD,mat);

You aren't the first one to do this... http://irrlicht.sourceforge.net/phpBB2/ ... hp?t=11247

If you don't explicitly supply a transformation matrix, then the last matrix used will be used when you render you line. If the last matrix used was scaled by .0001 and translated 1000 units away, that is where your line would render.
