programmer seeks a 3d modeler (for experience)

Post by needforhint »

hi,

I want to gain some more game experience and I would really be happy to bring someone's meshes to life, anyone who can:
model,
animate,
map textures...,

I am quite cool with unwrapping, mapping and texturing, but I can't do polygon meshes never ever.
What of "modeling products" I can use in irrlicht are:
-bones animated meshes ,
-move,scale, rotate, animated meshes,
-submaterial meshes
-lightmapped material meshes (I don't want to go for that, I do dynamic lights)

the goal is of course low poly mesh .... it is very hard to create it from its high poly version,

so, my Skype account lists "full name" "slepyJohn" . I have a web space where I can public files, http://www.medeal.sk/irr, there is also my ICQ number at the bottom.
email is p.fedorko@gmail.comng

that's enough, looking forward to anyone's answer, cheers

I recomend getting blender 3d (http://www.blender3d.org) and going through the tutorials. Its free, powerful and well supported.
Another good modeler is wings 3d (http://www.wings3d.com/). Most programs have a good community that you can ask questions on.
I hope this helps :D .
