Actual Release - withoud DX

Hi!

I'm new to irrlicht. switched from Blitz3D, some weeks ago.
It seems that the actuall release (0.14.0) doesn't contain a dll for gcc witch have DX compiled into.
i'll get an error - something like "DirectX 9.0c isn't compiled into this DLL, try another driver." - same for DX8.1
OpenGL qorks fine.
Just courius.

P.S.: Happy to see that austrian can start somethink great (of course Uni Innsbruck rocks also, being a global player) N1, Niko.

Please use the search function, even if you're austrian. There are several threads on this topic.

uhm - don't know what it have to do with my homecountry, but nevermind.
thanks for the advice - i search yesterday with the exact error message - but didn't find any results. but well, i'll try again - BECAUSE i'm austrian

There is a precompiled irrlicht.dll link in this forum for that as I remember. I dont remember the link, you could just search.

to create your own dx builds you would need the dx package off the package manager in devcpp ( for mingw compile) dunno for gcc
