Cool Stong99 cant wait for it. Hope you make website later so we can drool over the ScreenShots and dev diary so we can keep Bizy and up to date on it

O and i would love to beta test it when you ready too

Hi all!

Let me introduce myself, not yet a member, BUT I am one of the modellers from the MMORPG.

I am Jasper Mous, 15 years old, and I am a modeller for 2 years now I guess.

The gate above I made myself, and here is a picture of the full wall.
You could see it as the outer ring of a big city.

I have a real server here with an gigabit network. 4x pentium 3 cpu's, is very vast.

hmmm... with that you could host the biggest WOW battles for example. I just got a feeling this mmorpg might come true

WOW uses more than 3 servers to host 1 world i thought... But this server is ok

My moddellers have completed almost 2/35 sections of the world... The city Anathot, not very big city but it is an start

About the program used for the walls... we use different. some moddelers have bought 3dmax and some use the blender3d program. These walls are created with blender3d (free program).

The progress is not fast because of the exams here...
I'll upload some pictures from the city when its ready.

We now have some ingame models for the players. An Orc and human. Both are not completly textures an we have some problems with the animation export... We have updated the site http://www.mythorgia.tk with an new lay-out and design.

we are busy but many people have exams (thought today where last

) but some other teammembers have now tentame weeks, so in the holidays we have enough time to make huge progress

We have a beta stage for a simple sort of LOD control, we use many models and load them, so it loads fast tiny files and place them on the map.

Our simple Lod control is finishd and works great, the item emnu and trade section is already done, and we are busy with creating our own UDP netwerk engine, we have already enough for a simple chat. WWe 'r not realy statisfied with the terrain mesh, maybe we 're going to use
terrain scene nodes,

Yes at last:) we have a login, character select and we can walk arround in the map over internet, we are still testing or results and a first beta is far away.
We used also MSSQL and ist very fast

Network Struct:
DatabaseServer -> DataServer -> Client
