Looking for a video editor...

...that's free for commercial purposes AND has the ability to splice two or more AVIs together. I've done a bit of searching but I can't find anything that does what I need it to do. The closest is VirtualDub, but as far as I know it can't splice together videos. Do any of you guys know of a free (Windows) video editor that can do that, besides Windows Movie Maker?

Wax. kindda sometimes crashes, just be careful.Ram and good fast defragmented HD would never show a crash. I did comercial stuff with it. Is free for everything.
