The front end is in .NET, but the majority of 3D development will be in native C++.

Core Skills:
Indepth knowledge of C++ programming of 3D character concepts involving skin, bones, morphing, and in particular cloth physics. Optimizing for use on modern, but widely used, hardware. Basic use of 3DSMax to produce test characters.

Beneficial Skills:
Knowledge of implementing Inverse Kinematics, MacOS and Linux in addition to Windows, C#, MS Visual Studio

Previous experience in a 3D field such as games or CGI required.
Preference may be given to Chicago or USA residents, but ultimately it is skill, dedication and a proven track record in bringing a product to market that we are seeking.

We are seeking a full time commitment - this is an ongoing project requiring many months of work, or can be permenant.
Please forward CV/Resume, with links to completed projects where applicable, to 'tccjob at visionweb3d dot com' . Please state availability and rates/salary expectations.

I cannot help, but good luck getting a patent on software. That will be the hardest thing you do on that project.

Garment industry. Now there's an interesting application based on Irrlicht! Can you post some screenshots - or will that violate patents? :D

America...on holiday? I couldn't be bothered trying to get through customs there these days!! Although, England is pretty bad too - and Australia is definitely one of the hardest to get through I have seen (although, I have never had my luggage checked properly).
