How does Weapon (Gun) work?

Post by SmOrliwiz »

Hallo,
can someone explain how a gun works?
If you pull the trigger, what exactly happens?
Does anybody know?
(Just out of curiousity and it would also help for drawing one, without just having to imitate what's on the net.)

Hi there,

you can find a functional 3ds model includung animation of a WW2 pistol on
www.3dcafe.com. Here is a direct link
http://216.165.190.200/models/p08luger.zip
if the direct link does not work you will find it under freestuff, weapons.

Have fun.

They make me nervous too.
But I wanted to know, what to pay attention to, when constructing an invented gun.
