Can they do that???

I just saw a game on XPlay for the NintendoDS called "Magnetica". Hmmm... is it just me, or does it look exactly like the PopCap game (and Xbox Live Arcade game) called Zuma?

Honestly, can they really get away with that? They stole the gameplay and changed the graphics to give them a "futuristic" look. Somebody should sue the copyright infinging b****ds.

I hate it when someone steals an idea for a game, makes a few tiny changes and makes money off of it.

Maybe they're both written by the same company? Or they bought the rights? Might want to look into that before getting peed off!

its ©Mitchell, as stated on the Nintendo site for it. Mitchell Corporation made an arcade game in 1988 called PuzzLoop, which this DS game is a rewrite on it. they have a pending lawsuit with PopCap over Intellectual Property infringement concerning Zuma

Well, excuuuuuuuse me. It was almost 1:00 in the morning when I posted that. I had just been watching XPlay becuase I was angry at Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter for being so damn tough to beat. Besides, I don't like Nintendo, anyway. The only thing they ever did right was Mario and the N64. Besides, do you honestly expect me to surf around and do RESEARCH at 1:00 in the morning? So... yeah.

lol research is pretty much the only reason im ever up until that late
