Having troubles with Dev-C++

Im having so much troubles compiling hello world it isn't funny and the tudiorals is very outdated sorry:(

But it fails to compile

Its me but can someone guide me though:)

omg i didn't know everytime you create a new project you have to configure the settings again.

btw i wouldnt use vista if i were you...

its just causing troubles espacially when you wanna code...
