Microsoft Visual C++ Toolkit 2003

Hi!

Where else can I find Microsoft Visual C++ Toolkit 2003 to be used with CODE::BLOCKS? It's been discontinued and replaced with vs express 2005 :( which sucks...

Read the Integrating Microsoft Visual Toolkit 2003 with Code::Blocks IDE section in the Code::Blocks wiki.
It contains a valid link to the VCToolkit2003.
