Can I render to specific section of the screen? [resolved]

I've been digging through the API all morning, but I can't figure this out. Is it possible to only render my scene in a certain extent?

For example, (at 800x600), I want to render my Scene at rect(100,100,700,500) and use the other 100 pixel margin are for GUI or other stuff?
