Were is dynamic Libray in Visual c++?

I just need to know becuase the compiler cant find the irrlicht.dll and gives me a error that could not find in dynamic libaray? all i can find is the library(lib) in options.

Are you trying to use the official Irrlicht with VB.NET? If so, you'll need a .NET wrapper/port for Irrlicht such as http://irrlichtnetcp.sf.net/

Also, there is a specific forum, Irrlicht.NET for discussion on managed Irrlicht ports/wrappers, which is where this post should be.
