it's about time to update making a clear indication that these projects are making progress and this is just for fun anyways.

I made a set of the current logos and some blank prenamed images for anyone that wants to get started on this.

I might give it a shot I'm not very great at painting though.

Even though I am the one that did spintz's best looking logo he stopped using it. he's got something even uglier up now lol

Is the logo currently up the end choice, or can ideas still be submitted?

I decided to give it a whack, can anyone give me input on colors, etc? I'm a dab hand at logo design, or so I've told myself

It's very much in the design stage at this point, e.g. bringing out the text, so any comments are welcome!

You can make the metal border a little less shiny, and make the letters stand out more( maybe add an exterior glow to them ? )

Well, it's not that bad, it's nice and clean. Simple.
I like the colors though.
But you should make something that shouts "This is the logo of the Irrlicht powerful engine" when you look at it, IMO.

I believe all who are going to try to do this should make the logo the same size as the previous one. This will ensure compatibility with the site and will probably make it look better in a aspect of a web banner.
