Right coordinate approach for 3dsmax

I have model in 3dsmax and it open in irredit flipped and in wrong posture
. Can anybody give a step by step way to export with right coordinate system from max that it do show, exact that way in irredit.

What file format, what exporter. What version of 3ds max.

Need more info ;)

File format I want to export is .X and using panda exporter.
Facing some problem in right way of showing in irredit. The objects that are made in max r flipped in opposite direction in irredit .

It's an exporter option. I don't remember which one as I've moved to .b3d since Luke fixed it up.

Never liked panda...sorry I can't help
