Hi guys,
I'm compiled Irrlicht 1.3 with DirectX 9 support, for Visual C++ 2005 express edition, so feel free to download the relevent files if you need DirectX, DirectX 8 is not supported with DLL.
I've tested the DLL with all the demos and it works, any problems just post here.

Only people with DevC++ have issues compiling DirectX
especially considering irrlicht supports an old version of the directx sdk.
which is hard to find and barly documented.
I suggest everyone just compile without any unneeded drivers such as directx8 because then you use the lastest sdk and it is not needed.
one of the features of 1.3 addresses this problem I think bitplane added in the ability to compile without the software drivers in 1.3 aswell as the preexisting directx and opengl includes.
devc++ people need to get the directx dev pack for it its posted everywhere.
I just like how he made it one tiny little link mirror and filefront is paying the bill.. lol screw their subscription crap.
