This would certainly be ideal for inclusion in Irrlicht if it does what it says without any major issues. It would be useful as an alternative to OctTreeSceneNode and, if it works as well as it appears to from the webpage, it would be a much more efficient PVS method. In fact, if it works well it would probably become the primary method of rendering maps/levels.
