Remember that MD2 files are able to be integrated into the irrlicht engine.
Also not that irrlicht is a graphical engine if you want to make models more human like by this I mean they are bond the the laws of physics you will want a physics engine such as newton. Also if you want sound you will need a sound engine such as irrklang which can be accessed by navigating your way around the irrlicht sourceforge home page.
I am not sure if you can use these games commercially and if you want to you will probably have to get in contact with the person whom created the map or model.
