Multiplayer game and some other questions

Hi, this is my first post. I worked with Reality Factory before, and I want to know, if you need to know programming for working with IrrLight.

Also, I want to know if you can make multiplayer games with this program.

Yes and yes

You can do any game with Irrlicht since it's only a graphics engine and not a program !!!

no, not really, but there is a project called "IrrNet", look at the "Project Announcements" forum for it...
