Audiere crash?

Audiere crash?

im using audiere 1.9.3 and irrlicht .6

and it works fine until my application exits in anyway ( device->closeDevice() or ALT+F4)

then the error window comes up and i press debug, and it brings me the audiere.h ...
any ideas? thanks
