Where can I find license for B3D format? Can I free use this format in my game?

the b3d format is in public domain, so there is no license and you can do what ever you like with it. yep it's completely free.

Poland are the main reason the EU doesn't have software patents. It's impossible to have a "licensed file format" in Europe, only a licensed implementation (via copyright) of a file format. A few exceptions like MP3 have only slipped through the net because the patents are actually on a machine that performs the algorithms, so computer implementations of these inventions patentable (at least here in the UK anyway)
