Sorry for this, I know there is already some similar thread, but I want to hear it from experienced users.
Is Irrlicht capable of the same result as Ogre or Nebula Device (or even UNITY)?

duh -_- well anyway the link MasterGod had in his sig (The Irrlicht Begginers Manual) was the answer to my question ^^
(you should (maybe) add some vegetation too)

It depends on what sort of 'results' you want. Do you want a cube in a black environment? Sure, they can all do it. Do you want deformable mesh environments? Maybe not quite so...
To really understand, look at each's feature list.
