FreeHostia, I've used them before. They provide alot for the ahum.. *money* but the servers are pretty unstable, they tend to be down alot more than their so-called "Most reliable and fastest servers" awards suggest.
Anyway I like your logo, the website reminds me somewhat of PolyCount.
Cheers

Update 4.12.2008
The Stone/Metal texture pack is now up for sale after gamebeep approval. In order to look at or purchase a texture pack just click the Textures button on the navigation menu and follow the link for that pack to gamebeep.com.
@Blindside, thanks for the tips. Until we get the old url back (it was licensed to my last provider so when i dropped them i couldn't take it with me) we will probably be using freehostia. Hopefully that will be very temporary.

Excuse me sir, but why would anyone pay for a texture pack when they can easily get them here?

there is free things everywhere. Why would anyone use MS Office over open office?
why isnt linux the most widely used operating system? Its only more complex because we are used to windows.
The difference is partially quality, partially effort, and partially support.
Quality-
None of the textures you showed are tilable, or at very least, not a lot of them.
Effort-
That site doesn't appear to package them together in neat little zip files.
Support-
Lets say you found a texture on there, and you wanted a normal map made out of it... could you pay them to make one? I would one of mine.

Yeah, I have to agree with lostclimategames here. I dabbled in programmer art, and textures on the internet are much less than satisfactory. So if you can get a cheap pack of great textures, then it easily outweighs the benefits of free textures.
One thing, like he said, is most free textures don't have normal, specular, tone, or gloss maps. And those things may be crucial for some people, especially if they aren't a texture artist and can not make them.
By the way lostclimategames, those textures look great. 20 1K textures for $8 is a great deal. Keep up the good work.
