Very cool shoulder rigging tool and tute

Hey everyone,

Just found this on youtube:

In case it's not something you've had to try and do before, rigging a shoulder is a pain in the butt - this tool makes a difficult annoying job in max *much* easier, and even in other programs (i.e. blender) the technique even without the tool will save much grief.

Just thought I'd pass it along...
