Kind turn , but will be based in current time for resources and actions , resources will be produced per hour and actions will take a certain time to get ready.
The theme is a little moderm war (years 70's 80's).
About graphics: the strategy map will be 2d but for city detail (zoom) it will be 3d, and you will choose structures for upgrades, create units and so on....
what do you think ?

Personally for quick games I would certainly prefer to play in a browser, something like Planetarion, or the more advanced Travian, Puzzle Pirates or Runescape.
This is mainly because its pretty hard to get me to download an run executable on my machine unless I have a high level of confidence in the executable. To get me to do that the application would need to have a higher degree of functionality or convenience than its competition it would also have to have professionally crafted media and an impressive website that convinced me that the authors were pursuing it as a business and not just a way to get an exe onto my machine.
