I want to choose .Net to build an real time graphical engine but i am hesitated about Performance of .Net vs Windows Programming. i has to say that i use Irrlicht API in combination to .Net Managed Codes.
Now can anybody say me about performance of .Net codes?

Maybe you can use that as a base?
When it was still active (its quite outdated now from current irrlicht) it ran perfectly fine, and i had no trouble with the performance in .net per se.
