First pic is supposedly funny because it plays the stereotype of the chinese mispronuncing 'l' instead of 'r', thus, he hears "I laugh, I lose" and completly misunderstand.
The second is a crazy pic.
The third and subsequent fourth are an attempt to make a misfit and/or extreme partyer look akward and thus funny.

The whole game is based around posting pics that "just make you laugh" and as soon as you laughed, you lost the game. It is quite lame and completly misfired in this attempt.
