GUI Editor - Missing scroll bars?

GUI Editor - Missing scroll bars?

Hi,

I just downloaded the most recent version of irrlicht (1.7.1). However, when I tried to create some GUI using the GuiEditor in "bin\Win32-VisualStudio" I realized, that the GUIEditor main window doesn't have any scroll bars at all.

As my screen isn't high enough to display all options in the "Env" and "Element" tabs, I can't access these options, and therefore the Editor isn't helpful at all currently. I saw some screens and a video where the editor has these scroll bars, so where are they gone?
