Where are you guys getting free music tracks, textures, sound FX for your projects?

I'm mostly interested in Music tracks and SFX :)

Tracks from opsound: http://www.opsound.org/
For quick and simple sound-effect sfxr is a nice tool (not really high-quality, but good enough for fun-games): http://www.drpetter.se/project_sfxr.html
For anything more complex a microphone and audacity: http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

For SFX I like http://www.freesound.org/

For music this page is cool: http://www.hamsteralliance.com/
(Depends whether you like the license or not, but the musician usually likes to see/hear his music being used in projects)

If you want to do that dynamically in-game, you'd have to consult whatever sound engine you want to use (there's a bunch of them, such as irrKlang and FMOD). If you just want to do it once and save it to a file, try a sound editor such as Audacity.
