Hi people,

Is there an active moderator or administrator. As I asked some but they don't appear to be online.

The case is I want to cancel my account but I see no options to do so anywhere.

The reason is that I am writing my own engine but needed some inspiration. Did get that back through Irrlicht, Unity, Unreal and then Irrlight again . Unfortunatly all have there limitations so I choose for the limitations off crappy programming pain (also known as cpp).

Anyway thanks for making this engine possible and I did enjoy it very much.

• What's the point in cancelling your account? There's no harm in it existing.
• Seriously consider if making your own game engine is worth it. It's a lot of work - see the size of Irrlicht's source for proof.

- no harm in cancelling too. If the forum wants too keep the member count up for commercial/marketing reasons, create a dummy.
- people should be ably to cancel the account if they want too (okay, that is a nag reason but still, that is called freedom)

- fourth, the years it took to learn c++ won't be for nothing
- fifth, it's fun
- six, as I am no 3d artist it will buy me some time to (never) learn 3d art
- seven, it's fun
- eight, if Irrlicht devs can, so should I be able too
- nineth, it's fun
- tenth, it's a challence
