Irrlicht and linux pkg-config

I decided it was high time for Irrlicht to be available to pkg-config, as well as utilize the command at build time.

I've modified the irrlicht makefile to make use of it, as well as provide my own Irrlicht.pc

Any questions?

Yeah... any word on this getting into the engine or not? It would be great.
