Very nice, though it would help if you described a bit more what you post, just in case that you don't want to be mistaken with an automated script, and ignored

Sorry for my angl

1 Terrain - dynamic tiles (endless). Loading when moving the camera. Textures from Google maps. Grid - height SRTM. Real region. Editing functions of the grid. Visibility - 10 km. Time-loading next row of tiles no more than 1 second.

2 Micro terrain - (blotches on the main terrain - trenches, embankments, brusfery etc.) mesh editing and coloring textures

3 Objects. Dynamic loading of with tiles. Loding - by imposters. Placement of individual objects or groups of objects within a radius depending on the color of the texture of the substrate.

4 Distribution objects (roads, fences, high pillars) Automatic arrangement along these lines.

5. Trees - generator volumetric trees. Loding. Last LOD - imposter. Stir in the wind a tree and shadow. Dynamic loading with tiles of terrain. Alignment on the color terrain texture

6. Weather, wind, Soft Skybox from day to night. Clouds - you can set the density.

7. All objects physicality.

8. Grass - the dynamic around the camera. Several layers and textures.

9. Military technology. Cars, Tanks, Aerocrafts, missales Wheels - rotate. Caterpillars - animate. Fumes, dust, shots.

10. Traces of bullets and shells - dynamic. Physics and visibility tracers.

Jinto, that's amazing! What do you plan to do with it? Will you put it open-source?
