Does it infringes the Irrlicht license?
SuperTuxKart has been created with Irrlicht and it's GPL-licensed.
Release an Irrlicht game under the GPL license
Re: Release an Irrlicht game under the GPL license
TL;DR Yes you release your game under the GPL license, sell it, and do almost anything.
Irrlicht itself is under Zlib license which is compatible with the GPL, so yes, your game can be GPL.
Zlib is very permissive, you can do almost anything with Irrlicht, but you a) must not claim to be the author of Irrlicht b) you must not misrepresent altered versions as the original and c) you must not remove the license from the Irrlicht sources.
See this Wikipedia page for more info on the Zlib license.
Note that you must provide attribution in your documentation that your game uses jpeglib and libpng!

5. License
==========================================================================
The license of the Irrlicht Engine is based on the zlib/libpng license.
Even though this license does not require you to mention that you are
using the Irrlicht Engine in your product, an acknowledgement
would be highly appreciated.
Please note that the Irrlicht Engine is based in part on the work of
the Independent JPEG Group, the zlib, and libpng. This means that if you use
the Irrlicht Engine in your product, you must acknowledge somewhere
in your documentation that you've used the IJG code and libpng. It would
also be nice to mention that you use the Irrlicht Engine and the zlib.
See the README files in the jpeglib and the zlib for
further informations.
