C++ IDE for the blind

How would it go if I selflessly searched for existing tools for blind people to help them code and maybe even have to write my own version?

Drop 3D.
Drop the other aspects of media.
Start a new project.

Probably gauging my reputation on the Irrlicht forums...

I have to have:

• A game

• A website

• Networking

I could use H-Craft and modify it.
My website is needing something on it.
And I can use my hosting to start a virtual server that can run a game and display it on my website.

I read from one blind programmer once who used emacs with some plugin for text-to-speech. With super hi-speed speech (seems one can get used to that).
