is irrlicht free for all purpose

i wonder irr is really free for all purpose even i change source an change name of engine and say to every body it's mine,and can i use it for commercial purpose like establish my game....

U may change the source but U must claim that the original code is not yours and it wouldn't be right otherwize.
And REMEMBER THAR IRRLICHT IS FREE FOR ALL PORPOSE accepting those conditions on the origin of the code( the original code is not yours and you modified it) and keep the license with the code.
