Multitextures on a scenenode

I want to use zwo textures on a node in the way that the first texture is only visible where is transparent.
I've two TGAs with alpha channel but I'm unable how to set the MaterialType (or do I need to do something else)?
Everythink I've tried failed to reach the result I want to have
Any idea?
