Multiple Viewports

Has anyone done anything with multiple viewports? I'd like to be able to have a section of the screen showing a different view of my 3d model overlaid onto the main camera view.

Any suggestions?

Yes, http://irrlicht.sourceforge.net/tut_split.html.
This is in the tutorial section.
