I just moved Irrlicht to the sourceforge subversion server. You can access it via https://svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/irrlicht, online repository browsing works too. The Irrlicht version at that server is merged Irrlicht 1.0 and Irrlicht for MacOS 1.0, together with some new features like loading and saving of the scenegraph into .irr/.xml files, OGRE mesh loading, allocators and a lot more. I also reorganized the directory structure, and only some VisualStudio 7.1 files have been updated. Also please note that the CVS will no longer be used from now on. I also just released a pre-alpha version of irrEdit, a scene graph editor for .irr files which is also capable as being used as particle system designer, meshviewer, game world editor and more.
