Yes, its right - you shall use the breakpoints, and you can switch through your functions when you are press F11 ( step by step ) or F10 ( procedure step ) .
You shall make the receiver returns false as default -> because you dont pushed a key.

Hi,
just debug your code -> (Visual Studio) press F9 on the line where the "if cases" are.
Then, run your code,maybe the receiver is buggy, so the IsKeyDown always returns true - and the nodePosition will be increased.

They are awesome, and they did 50 videos about modelling in blender 2.5+ -

update:
In the example 8 - SpecialFX which used the dwarf modell, it works almost correct.
I used the DirectX9 driver- and it works correctly - no small shadow.
If I use the openGl driver, it works almost correctly, but the "very small" shadow is also visible. <- So, there must be a bug in ...

I think you are trying to access a unintiate variable - but without your source code I can only make some assumptions.

I tried the current irrlicht 1.7x for "fixing" the shadowbugs in the
other thread. But it doesnt fix it. There are the same errors
like in the SVN builds.
So do you have similar errors? Or is it win7 64bit - because I used the 32bit irrlicht libs.
