Irrlicht.Sphere.MoveSphere(0, 0, 35, sphereid); This is looking more like java everyday! Err.... no. Java would look more like sphereid.Move(0,0,35). Irrlicht's current API is way more OOP than that to have to rely on a single class IrrLib to house all the methods for everything... You should be ab...

I'm for the Irrlicht wiki, cause it'll be much easier to locate and find those pages [of completed projects] if they were on the Irrlicht wiki, not to mention editing them.

IMHO = In my humble opinion.

Unrelated, but this is a good place to learn slang: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_In ... ng_phrases :D

I guess you're referring to those at the blender wiki? They're still quite relevant. I don't think you'll be able to find any glaring differences in layouts or features between 2.x and 2.44 versions [at least, in the basic tutorials]. So you'll still be able use the tutorials at the wiki with the la...

I've been getting this on the IrrlichtNETCP forums as well, so I'd thought it was a browser thing, like having accidentally activated a mouse gesture on firefox or something..

Oops, yeah, setting the Action's name instead of the IPO worked, and so did increasing the framecount. It's animating successfully in .b3d now. :D Thanks!

Erm, yeah, I have some more issues regarding animated exports from Blender to Irrlicht, but didn't feel it warranted a new thread. Okay, so here's the problems I having: When using the .b3d exporter, my animated model doesn't animate at all in IrrEdit. And it's completely white in color too. For the...

Sorry abt hijacking this thread, but if I set all those out-of-screen ISceneNode.isVisible to false, then it won't matter even if I had a ton of them [off-screen], right?

You could try using SQLite with PHP 5... it works just like a MySQL database, except the info is stored in a text file instead of a MySQL database.

whoa, this looks extremely useful and cool! Nice work! :D I'm curious though, why are some faces on the model flickering light and dark, is it a problem with lighting or something else?

Well at least there's pictures of the game actually in progress, and not just a snapshot of an empty level of a 'game'.
Are there other type of bullets, or just the default single line type? Looks fun.

The comparison agi_shi made was to highlight a probable problem with Irrlicht's smoothing or normals [or something :?], and possibly improve it. Though that went downhill fast.

Programmers helping the world? A whole argument can be written up discussing the absurdity of the question, and not even dealing with answering with the question itself. Since programmers don't help anyone directly 'cause their expertise lies in machines not humans, the way I see it, the only way is...
