Is there a tutorial for blender somewhere that show us, how to bone a mesh, animate it (weight maps) the export it in .B3D or .X format?
At the moment, only static mesh is possible from Lightwave. I would like to import my object in Blender, then do the job there so it import correctly in Irrlicht.
Is there a tutorial to for blender to bone and animate mesh?

Yes, there are a lot of tutorials to learn Blender
You can find some on their wiki :
A basic tutorial (sufficient to get started i think) :
http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Flyin ... ng_the_Rig
http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Flyin ... -_Skinning
These are more advanced :
http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/BSoD/ ... _Animation
http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/BSoD/ ... _In_Review
For the export, i recommend you to use this b3d exporter :
