Post by BasilStudio »

Hey guys i was busy working on a game that finally shiped so i found
some free time to paint a new skin for my older lich model.
You can download the Model on my site : http://basilstudio.com/
- for free.

I also created a small tutorial while doing the texture.

So be sure to check it out!

That looks really cool! Congrats! Is it free for commercial use? Not sure if it would fit in my pirate game but maybe i could squeeze it in for fun!

Excellent, i should use my eyes to their full extent sometimes!

I may have to try it out at some point, will have to write a new model loader for my game if i want it animated though!

You should check the texture name, the meshes used some different names for me (some jpg, some png, but none used the name the texture had).

@hybrid

yeah thx, i renamed it again. Some formats require you to convert the texture in png or pcx bmp whatevar.

hey cool screenshot Anteater.
If the color appears to bright and saturated you could reduce saturation of the skin with a filter (photoshop or other program) so it would match your envoirnment more.
