Hello there. I am looking for someone experienced in 3D studio max or any other major modeling tool to help convert, rig and, if necessary, re-uvmap a few models I recently got autorization to use on a project of mine.

I would also like it if someone can convert some of the free Turbosquid models from .max to another version, since not many of us have a license.

Is there an importer for the ghoul2 format for max? As a quick look at Max 2008 doesn't have it on the list.
I have a educational license of Max 2008 (due to work) so if the models are only for personal/education non-profit use I can happily export to b3d, obj, fbx, dae, 3ds etc.

Ultimate Unwrap can import Jedi Knight 2: Jedi Outcast and export b3d.

Are you sure? Unwrap3d tends to support both, plus animation. It does in b3d , x, md5, collada, etc.Maybe you already tested.It does work, but i dont think it imports skeletons and UWVmaps
