direct input(solved)
Will direct input work in openGL apps?.

jam is right the link on lighthouse is really dead...
it was refering to nehe tut #23 but that tut has nothing to do with direct input, its about sphere mapping quadratics....
but to answer ur initial question. yes direct input works with opengl bc opengl has nothing to do with input its just graphics. so u can use ur favorite window api together with ur favorite input lib (in ur case direct input) and so on...

If you google "will direct input work with opengl" the first hit is the one in the picture which will take you to a summary of an article that is located at http://nehe.gamedev.net/tutorials/lesson23.asp, this link is dead, and as Sudi stated it is the wrong tutorial anyways.
