
LP Mesh (incomplete):

Work continues on my clay modelling / normal mapper app called Claymod (written in irrlicht). I made a few more fixes this weekend and fixed 99% of the artifacts with the texturing and added some more options for importing / exporting your work.
BTW, if anyone is interested in some standalone normal generation tools I recommend ORB and xNormal (you'll need a good video card for this one though). Both of those were pretty easy to get working and had good results. I tried Melody but it wouldn't load my high poly mesh. I've also heard it has problems with big meshes.
I also found another modelling program which is very similar to Claymod. It's called 'Sharp Construct'. It's almost identical in terms of how the modelling works, but it doesn't offer a way to generate a LP mesh or Normal Mapping like Claymod does. Anyway, check it out if you are interested in this sort of thing.
