Do not work Light Maps in IrrEdit

Why do not want to work Light Maps in IrrEdit?

I have made model in 3DSMax. Tried export in different formats (X, 3ds), but in each case the result was one.

If you have 3DSMAX then you can make lightmaps in max(better
then in IrrEdit).

Its at very early stage but i think im crazy enough to finish it all alone.

I know.
Model UVW-coordinates are reflected, and the Lightmaps in max will be reflected too.
Can be therefore in IrrEdit lightmaps move down?

I have made model in 3dsmax and has export it in a 3DS format.
Here is the model without lighting:

I have cluck on button "All" on panel Light Mapping in the IrrEdit. And I have received the previous variant.

Probably the reason in a tile of a texture?

hm, maybe the lightmap doesn't fit on the model. Just try another lightmap resolution.
