i export model sometime pivot point wrong

how to set pivot point in 3ds max

you try to... select all the faces or vertex of your model in 3dsmax, and set the rotation back to 0,0,0.

I'm not very sure if that's your problem.

3DS Max using 'Z' axis as 'up' and in MView 'Y' is 'up' (as in irrlicht)
so you need to rotate your model in max (don't forget to use
"reset X-Form") or select correct cordinates (left/right hand) with your
exporter.
